Speed cameras may deter to some degree, but still won't see a positive return on paying those fines, 'proving' drivers responsibility. Some speed to get around distracted drivers on their phones. Mesa Ridge Parkway is a great 'example' of over building of community apartments without bothering to expand the infrastructure roadways first. Hire someone with an engineering degree and common sense would go a long way.

Its just as dirty as DC and all the criminal politicians. But nobody that matters is gonna do or say anything because the generational families get what they want because they know they have enough dirty to control all the corruption.... then again, where in the US is it NOT like that?
